In this 2008-09 pilot, 12 motivated social entrepreneurs were dared to be bold and think about big ways to transform the field of youth work in Indiana. Since September these Navigators have been working to implement projects focused on (a) promoting competencies and credentialing for Indiana youth workers, and (b) changing how youth workers are valued as professionals. As these efforts have gotten underway, other youth professionals have joined the Navigator team.
